Proverbs 14:12 “ There is a way that seemeth right unto man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”
As we approach the New Year let’s stop and pause for just a moment. We have navigated our way through the last year. Maybe everything went just as planned? Maybe life was not as we planned? So now is the time before the New Year. To take pause and make sure we are not going The Wrong way. The word (ways) in this verse is plural. Which tells us there many ways people are going. And yet there is only one way to Heaven. In John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me.” The Wrong Way is the ways of the world. The wrong ways are by works. The wrong ways will lead you to a dead end. This New Year, let’s make sure we’re going the right way. The only way! And that is to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
